While defining a field area (using "DEFINER"), under
"CHOOSE FIELD AREA ATTRIBUTES" > "PROPERTIES" TAB, you can
now choose "VERTICAL" alignment of FILLIN text or numbers.

By clicking on the "TOP" radio button, FILLIN text will be
positioned at the top of the field area; and vice versa
for clicking on the 'BOTTOM" button.
